We do not have a return policy for "Curated Report Products" .
REFUNDS
Curated Reports
We do have a refund policy, if you are not entirely happy, for any "Curated Report Products" you purchase.
For "Curated Report Products", email dispatch of a report to the customer-provided email constitutes the sharing of intellectual property contained within the report and curated to the customer's specific needs. On this basis, a maximum refund of 50% may be made at the sole discretion of BlendIT.Solutions staff.
To be eligible for a refund, you must email us at stuart@blendit.solutions, detailing the reasons you are unhappy with your purchase. Your email will be used as the basis for assessment of the amount, if any, that may be refunded.
Sale Items or Gift Cards
We do not place items on sale, and do not sell gift cards.
Professional Services
"Professional Services" are defined as the engagement of BlendIT.Solutions staff or sub-contractors, charged on a "Quotation" or "Time & Materials" basis, as agreed with the customer prior to the commencement of work.
Professional Services work is not refundable, unless shown to be negligent, or unfit for purpose, or for "Workshops" .
To be eligible for a refund on Professional Services work other than Workshops, you must email us at stuart@blendit.solutions, detailing the reasons you are unhappy with the work undertaken. Your email will be used as the basis for assessment of the amount, if any, that may be refunded.
Workshops
Booking a place at a Workshop Event, whether subsequently attended or not, is considered to be a Professional Service.
- If a booking cancellation is made not less than 7 calendar days prior to the day of the event then a 100% refund will be issued.
- If a booking cancellation is made less than 7 calendar days prior to the day of the event then a 50% refund will be issued.
- Booking cancellations or non-attendance on the day of the event will not be refunded
- Should the event be cancelled by BlendIT.Solutions, full refunds will be issued.
Notification
We will notify you a refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
