Initial Discussion
Before anyone spends any money we need to have a short discussion. This can be by phone, Zoom, or if you are in or around Melbourne, Australia, a face-to-face coffee table chat.
Why?
... We need to determine if we can help you meet or exceed your objective(s)
... and you need to decide if you can trust us with delivering your vision, with a low financial risk.
Time and Materials
We generally find there is an initial burst of effort that brings shape to your vision.
This is followed by a period of refinement prior to the 'go live'.
Then there is an ongoing involvement in maintenance and/or further enhancement.
For 2024/25:
- the initial meeting is free (up to 1hr)
- the first 5 hours are $100/hr + gst
- subsequently $150/hr + gst
- further fees may apply for supporting systems, and travel expenses
How deep is the rabbit hole?
We do not commence work without receiving agreement from you first.
We keep you informed of what we are doing, what we plan to do, and provide estimates of how long this will take.
The work can be suspended or terminated at any time.
